Return Policy

Any item can be returned for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be in original, unworn and unwashed condition to be eligible.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@queerclubshop.com with your order number and we will provide you with next steps.

All return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We encourage you to ship your return with tracking so you can see when it is returned to us. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in the mail.

A refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase.

All Sale items are Final and are not eligible for return.

Exchange Policy

We are unable to arrange exchanges at this time. If you would like to switch your item for a different size or colour, please return the style you do not want, and reorder the style that you do.
