All orders will ship from Toronto, Canada.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping within Canada on all orders over $150.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We have partnered with Glad Day Bookshop in Toronto's Queer Village to offer FREE local pickup. Once your order is ready you will receive an email confirmation and instructions on next steps. Orders that are not picked up within 30 days will be refunded less a $5 restocking fee.

Our shipping carrier is Canada Post.
Do I get tracking with my order?
Tracking will be included on most purchases, and will be provided once the order has been packed and shipped.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are packed within 3-5 business days of purchase, but can potentially take longer during Holidays and Sales. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Most shipping confirmation emails will include tracking info.
Once your order has entered the postal system, estimated delivery is:
- Standard Shipping: 3-9 days*
- Expedited Parcel: 1-8 days*
- Xpresspost: 1-2 days*
- Priority: Next day*
